Douglas Agricultural Cost Guide

Each presentation/training session on the application and use of the Douglas Agricultural Cost Guide lasts approximately 3 hours. The training session will illustrate various styles of agricultural structures and the methodology for the valuation of those improvements using both the on-line, web-based version and the book version of the Douglas Agricultural Cost Guide. Each training session can be adjusted/adapted to the specific interests of the audience so that the material presented is relevant to the area that you work in.

If a participant brings in a specific situation(s) or scenario(s) that they would like to see done during the training session, that would be greatly appreciated. Please bring along a picture or pictures and as much detail as possible of the structure(s) to be valued.

Douglas Residential Cost Guide

For those who are interested in attending a presentation on the application and use of the Douglas Residential Cost Guide, we will be prepared to do training on our Residential Cost Guide. The training on the application and use of the Douglas Residential Cost Guide will be approximately 1-1/2 to 2 hours and will involve showing various styles of houses, the entry of data into the on-line, web-based version and also the use of the book version. If a participant brings in a specific residence or houses that they would like to see done during the training session, that would be greatly appreciated. Please bring along a picture or pictures and as much detail as possible of the residence to be valued.
